Administrators appointed in July, 2009
On July 7, 2009, AFT President Randi Weingarten issued a protective order to safeguard and preserve Local 5017. She immediately appointed prominent labor lawyer Mark Richard along with AFT Healthcare Organizing Director Gary Stevenson to coordinate the union. Administrators are assisted and closely advised by ONFHP members through the Administrators’ Advisory Action Council (AAAC).
